This high temperature, heavy duty, surface probe is ideal for measuring the temperature of griddles, hotplates and other applications requiring a high temperature measurement range. Response time is less than one second.

The probe’s dimensions are 12mm diameter by 130mm length. Maximum probe temperature 1000°C.
